Soft BD Ltd is leading the development and implementation of the Integrated Digital Business Solution Platform — eKsheba Uddokta, an innovative initiative under the Access to Information (a2i) Programme-II.
This platform is designed to empower entrepreneurs and small businesses across Bangladesh by providing a unified digital ecosystem that simplifies business operations, enhances access to government services, and promotes inclusive digital entrepreneurship.
The eKsheba Uddokta platform aims to serve as a comprehensive digital hub for entrepreneurs, enabling seamless access to business tools, government integrations, payment gateways, analytics, and support services. Soft BD Ltd’s role includes end-to-end system engineering — from architectural design and software development to integration, training, and ongoing maintenance.
Core Components of the Project:
- Architecture & Standards Development:
- Designed a robust business, information, and technology architecture ensuring scalability, interoperability, and sustainability.
- Established standard frameworks and guidelines for efficient platform management.
- Platform & Solution Development:
- Developed the main eKsheba Uddokta portal with user management, reporting, analytics, payment, and communication modules.
- Integrated shared services such as payment gateways, SMS, and notification systems.
- Integration:
- Enabled smooth data exchange between government and private entities through secure APIs.
- Integrated with national systems including 333, EkPay, MyGov, NID, Email, and SMS gateways.
- Capacity Management:
- Conducted training, workshops, and awareness programs to enhance digital readiness among entrepreneurs and institutional users.
- Support & Maintenance:
- Providing 24/7 maintenance, helpdesk services, and regular updates under a defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This project is a key milestone in Bangladesh’s journey toward digital transformation, supporting entrepreneurial innovation, inclusive growth, and the Smart Bangladesh Vision 2041.
